How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to support@wholebibleread.com
• Include the email address you used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt number)
• That’s it. We’ll process your refund within 3 business days.

What Happens After

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Once a refund is processed, your access code is deactivated.

After 7 Days

We’ll still consider refunds beyond 7 days on a case-by-case basis — especially if you can’t access the service due to a technical issue on our end. Just email us.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us $15 in dispute fees regardless of outcome. We always honor legitimate refund requests — just ask.
