For a one-time payment of $4.99 USD you receive a unique access code (WBR-XXXX-XXXX) that grants lifetime access to the Reading Plan tracker. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service is operated by us. We commit to operating the Service in good faith and to giving at least 60 days' notice (and a partial refund where reasonable) if we ever discontinue it.
Your access code is for personal use. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like, but you may not sell, share publicly, or distribute it. We may revoke a code we believe is being abused (e.g. shared with more than 5 distinct IP addresses in a short time) and will refund you in that case if you contact us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include any required sales tax.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months ($4.99 in most cases).
The Service’s code, design, and content are owned by us. The Bible text itself is in the public domain (or appropriately licensed where translation rights apply). The Marshallese translation is provided through our companion app, which has separate licensing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
